| Hi, MNSSHP is the best time to go to the magic kingdom, It's not just a kid thing, a great deal of adults dress up and go trick or treating too (me included) In past years there has been little or no lines for the rides, the parade is AWESOME along with the BEST firework display HALLOWISHES Cast members give you a bag when you enter the park and by the time you come out, it's filled with chocolate and candy! /Users/neildale4/Desktop/MNSSHP_map_2010.pdf

Those chocolate peanut butter cups you guys have over in the States are to die for! One time I ate so many (from my magic kingdom trick or treat bag) I felt sooooooo ill! But what a sugar rush, lol The first time I ever went to MNSSHP I didn't dress up and felt a little out of place, my advice is to get a costume and get yourself there, release that inner child, you know you want to!

Glad to hear to bought your tickets. I'm sure you will have a fantastic time. We went in 2007 and it was a great experience. Something you definately want to do at least once - kids or no kids!

I Loved It!!! I just went on Sept, 14th. It was so very enjoyable. No-kids, just 2 adults. The parade is a must see, the fireworks were great, and I got to meet all of the 7 dwarves. No lines for any rides, but really with everything going on, there isn't alot of time for rides, and checking out everything else going on. I loved it and I know any kid would. The candy is just basic everyday halloween candy, but I seen kids with their bags full, that disney provided upon entry. Characters were out and about everywhere, the decorations were amazing. This is a must do for anyone!

You'll be there the same night as us! We'll look out for you! We have heard so many great things about MNSSHP and have been wanting to go for a long time! My DH, who will be in a scooter due to ankle surgery, is going as Pacha from Emperor's New Groove, I'm being the ghost bride, and the kids are being Indiana Jones and Rigetti from PotC. I seriously think that even if just DH and I were going, we'd still do this event!

We just got back this past Tuesday and did the MNSSHP for the first time (DH and I are 57 and 52). We had a blast and didn't even do half of what we could (we enjoyed watching the little ones and seeing their faces light up, etc.). Here's a picture from the party--the only time you'll see these cute guys all together for a picture:

We're going on October 21st. We're all going to be pirates. I have managed to find various pieces for the costumes on Etsy (I LOVE that site)... I'll try to post pictures. 17 days, cannot wait
