I hope the bus driver is OK? I hope Disney Managers see to it that he gets a bit of time to recover.
If that guest was the instigator I hope he gets banned from Disney on top of any action the Police may take.

Wow. I have waited a long time for a bus but that guy is way out of control. Not only should he have been arrested, but his child should have been taken from him...he OBVIOUSLY has anger control issues.

I'll tell you more reasons I am happy that i rented a car, being a person who uses a scooter, I can half understand , how the people waiting and waiting have to wait while they load the person in with the scooter and whoever they are with all get seats before they load other people, what I'm saying is I can understand how they feel, not enough to do what this guy did,however, all the same to avoid feeling tha way i do when i get special treatment, I just rented a car this year. Just a thought have 2 buses, 1 to handle only scooters and min of 2 people with them and the other bus just takex all people, maybe a handicapped/scooter bus ONLY, could do a few hotels.

Wow! With your child in your arms?!?!?!?! I've been ticked at the World before when people cut in line but am content to send them bad Mickey Kharma! That's insane! And all he did was delay everyone else with no thought. I wonder what happened?
