You can get to Fantasia Gardens by taking bus to DHS and then transfer to another bus or Friendship boat headed for the Swan, followed by a short walk from the hotel. Or you could take a cab from CSR for around $6.00 + tip each way.

I agree with the boat to The Swan, and would say it best to take a cab back to the hotel. You would need to take a bus to Downtown Disney from the Swan, and then back to CSR, which is a long, involved ride home when it's late. We paid $10 with tip.
