This is my second trip that I'll be paying for with items I sold on ebay. In February only, I just sold $800.00 worth of stuff that was collecting dust in my basement or in the closest.

Just curious what you sold. My DH has tons of stuff taking up the basement. You may have just given me an idea! (DH might not be happy but he'll get over it when he gets to Disney!)

I sold my old Bose speaker system, a dvd camcorder, some of my DD clothes (that she had to have and wore once), dvd's, an iPod shuffle my wife doesn't use, many Wii games, and old Nintendo GameCube, an old Super Nintendo system, and other odds and ends.

I buy alot on Ebay but have been hesitant selling. I have so many tubs of collectable action figures and toys, comic books, old BK star wars glasses, Steelers memorabilia and such.

I could probably upgrade to a CSR suite if I sold

I love doing it. I just got my FIL hooked on it. He's retired and now all he does is sit in front of the PC and watch his auctions.

Forget the suite, go for two different stays!

OMG - Doc - you sound just like my husband. Tons of collectible action figures down in our basement. And don't even get me started on the baseball cards. I am so tired of hearing how much such & such card is worth and that he has xxx number of them. It doesn't count if you aren't going to cash in on it's worth LOL

Funny...My Dad always said that its only worth that much if someone is willing to pay that price for it.
Truthfully I have boxes of comics that NO ONE wants anymore. might as well use them in the fire pit.

Every once in a while I do a show in Wayne here in NJ. Its usually feast or famine. Wish I could get someone opening a store to buy it all lock stock and barrel.

You should see my Captain America collection. Thats my real passion. Got some real cool Cap stuff from the 70's too. And I still have my GI Joe Adventure Team Helicopter. Ahhhh Good Times Good Times.

Man I need to get on the band wagon! I have a bunch of crap just sitting around that I have meant to sell on ebay!
Looks like I am going to have to get started and hopefully pay for my next trip to the World!

One mans trash is another mans treasure. Wait until the Capt America movie comes out and then sell, sell, sell.

I hear ya Buzz...gotta time it just right.

Moreso my XMen comics from the late 70s early/mid 80s might bring a tidy sum!
