PostSubject: ? about the online trip planner   Sun Mar 13, 2011 5:20 pm

Hi,

When I try to use the trip planner to book for these dates 11/23-11/30, it always defaults to a junior suite. I just want a water view room with the two queens. How do I do that?

Thanks, Scott

welcome to the CSR Forum!

Are you talking about booking your trip on the Disney website? The resort may be sold out for your dates> I find its better to call and speak to a CM directly. If your dates are flexible, try moving your dates back for forth a day or two if possible.

Yes we are booking through the website. Unfortunately our dates are not flexible as I am an elementary school principal and my wife is an assistant high school principal, and getting time off during actual school year is tough. We may have to look somewhere else then, but I will make the call first. Thanks for the advice.

The rooms with 2 queen beds are completely sold out. We moved to CBR. Thanks for your help.

Oh that's a shame! You can try back later. Sometimes people group block and then the rooms aren't all used, so they re-open them up.

CBR is nice, we've stayed there 3 times.

I'm in your same boat for June so I booked POFQ but will keep trying to get into CSR if possible. Once convention "book by" dates pass, sometimes rooms get released back to the general public.

After just two days, I was able to find openings at CSR. You should give it a try.
