Question: How many of you decorate your resort doors? By the way the Mickey heads were magnets not stick-on, so no harm was done to the door.

I'm more of a window decorator. I love to watch the little kids go by my door that stop to point and look more closely. It makes me feel all warm and toasty inside Very Happy

You know, I just asked my daughter to check her sd card because I can't find any. I haven't transported all my pics to my new computer yet :( Thanks for the Welcome Smile I've followed you closely over on the Dis Smile This is going to be my first time at CSR, although I've wanted to stay there for the past 3 visits. I'm so excited!

September 16-25th. I see a couple of conventions going on that week. We have always stayed at POP and once at AKL. But my kids are getting older now, and I want a little less...um...excitement...I guess I could say...lol.

BTW, Buzz...can you give me an idea of what to expect with the conventioneers?

They are many from here going in SEPTEMBER. I added you to the list.

My experience with conventions is that I see the attendees in the morning going to the main building for meetings. They are usually dressed in polo shirts with their logo. If you are planning on eating at the resort, traditional meal times could be crowded if the convention does not have special arrangements for their group for meals. I definitely notice that the pools and buses are less crowded when conventions are at the resort. The list I maintain is made up of conventions I can find searching the web. CSR will always have conventions going on since its part of their business. I believe Thanksgiving and xmas/New Years are the slower times but I think Thanksgiving is the only time with none.

In all my trips to CSR, never has a convention disrupted my vacation.

We have never decorated the window or door. I brought stuff in March to decorate for my b-day but we only put up a table center piece on the night stand.

Never have, mainly cuz I forget, though the kids have put their stuffed animals in the window to look out.
If we go with my son's marching band next year, I'm sure we'll be decorating!

This is our fourth trip to Disney and our first time at CSR. We have never really decorated before but my DD always puts her stuffed animals in the window each morning before we leave fr the day. We plan to do a bit of decorating this trip. We do the windows rather than the door. I have a bunch of window clings and my DD stuffies will sit in the window as well.

Now y'all have me thinking about this.

Anyone know what the dimensions for the windows are?
