How is the bus service in late afternoon from CSR? Would we be waiting much longer for a bus at say 4pm?

You should not have a problem at that time of day. If you walk up to the bus stop and the bus you wanted just departed, you could end up waiting 15 mins or so for the next one but the buses at CSR are usually very good.

What I like best about the buses at CSR is that they are not "shared" with any other resort. I also think the drivers here are just nicer....they always look to see if anyone is running up to the stop, and they will also ask you if you have been waiting long, and they will check to see where your bus is. We have stayed at other WDW resorts and just didn't have that same level of service.
