PostSubject: Fishing at Coronado Springs?   Fri Sep 07, 2012 3:15 pm

Hi everyone!

We're only two weeks away from our CSR trip and I'm so excited!

DF has asked me if it is possible to fish in the lake? Not like a bass fishing excursion or anything like that; he's just wondering if it's possible to drop in a pole somewhere and sit for an hour or two. Look, it sounds totally boring to me but it's his favorite way to relax so I really want him to be happy on this trip.

Does anyone know? And if dock fishing isn't allowed at CSR, is there another resort on property that does allow dock fishing?

Thanks in advance!

No, I don't think you can fish in the lake any longer.

There has been dock fishing at Fort Wilderness, the campground, in the past...we did it two years ago.

Port Orleans Riverside has a fishin' hole with a catch and release policy. You can do fishing excusrions from Fort Wilderness.

Maybe we'll take a drive over to Fort Wilderness or Port Orleans on our Resort Day.

Thanks again!!

I'll be there in 50 days or so. I can check for y ou to make sure they no longer offer it at CSR.
