On January 1, 2013, the Pepper Market will be transitioning to an a la carte menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Their operational hours will remain the same. To see the new menus, including pricing and some yummy new items to choose from, scroll below!

Darn, we never got to try the buffet! I could have really gotten full on all you can eat Mexican. And there's no huge nachos on the new menu- we loved the old ones. I wonder how the ddp is going to work with this.

The 2013 DDP brochure is out and the Pepper Market is a CS credit on the DDP.

Oh I am soo happy! Booked CSR for our May trip and had a hard time convincing DH because he didn't like the idea of paying for buffet every morning. This will work so much better for us. If anyone goes to PM before then, please let us know your experience. Thanks!

If it is no longer buffet, do they still add in the 10% gratuity to all checks?

You can get meals to go at the Pepper Market and they don't add gratuity. We prefer to take our food and eat outside by the lake or at the pool. This is from a few years ago, but you can see the "to go" coffee cups in this picture too.

Great, I like the idea of getting it to go and eating outside. Thanks.

Hi all! Just got back from a great time at CSR! Had free dining from 12/20-1/3. Too much food as always.

My thoughts on the Pepper Market switch from buffet to al a carte--

I'm not much of a buffet person, but Pepper Market was the exception. So many cool choices (fruit, salads etc.) My older kids DD20 & DS17 really enjoyed this. Didn't mind paying a tip here Breakfast--we really felt it. Had a veggie omelet with potatoes. There is no bread choice with this. Missed all the watermelon, spiced apples etc.
This might as well be a table service, as I see no point to walking around finding my meal when it could all be served at the same time while we are seated.

Lunch was the same idea as breakfast--so many great choices. Never would have tried half the stuff if it wasn't buffet.

Dinner was al a carte already so no big loss there.

Hope they go back to buffet. I really feel it brought value to the CSR experience, and brought more people in. Time will tell!

DD20 turns 21 so CSR he we come! (again!!) queen queen happy birthday 2 happy birthday 2 party

I'm looking forward to tasting some of the new options, especially the Crème Brûlée French Toast on the new breakfast menu.
