I'm not 100% so let me ask a friend at DRC and I'll get back to you.

Traditionally it has been included but who knows what the Mouse will do. They've excluded the Mermaid Rooms at AOA before and rumors are they might exclude all of AOA next time.

When I've asked CM's if junior suites have been included in the past they said that info isn't available to them.

The response I got is as follows...

And the answer is maybe. Junior suites are eligible like any other room, it all depends on availability. Just because they already have a reservation does not guarantee that the free dinning will be available.

So basically what she is saying that they will only offer so many jr suites that can book free dining so as long as you book in time, you could get it.

Yeah, a CM will never predict anything. They also find out the same time we do in many cases. Once there was a price increase for rooms and the CM's on the phone knew nothing about it.
