I'm really bummed out by these new rules at WDW. I'm a bit of a night owl on vacation and I love CSR at night. They are taking away all my favourite night time hang out spots. When we stay business class I like to lay in a hammock or sit by the quiet pool at night. When not in BC I request Casitas 4 (which I was hoping for this trip) and always sit in that quiet pool area at night. That fence at Casitas 4 looks stupid. It's blocking that major walk through area and blocking off a lot of seats. I don't need to go in the pool late at night, but I love to sit in that area.

All these "safety" changes they are making may actually effect my future vacation choices. Sitting outside at night is one of my major enjoyments at this resort. :(

I hear you. I'm the same way. Hammocks at night or the quiet pool for a quick dip was great. Hopefully they will not lock us out. And I do believe the hammocks will be back eventually. This time tomorrow I will be there!!

Just seeing this! Shocked It looks awful! Are they locked and can only be used with your room key? Will you not be able to go to pool area at night now? I am so mad. My kids love to swim at the smaller pools at night. It looks like a prison! It takes so much away from the beautiful plants and grounds. Nothing like sitting at the pool staring at a metal fence in my face. Mad

Hammocks are gone too? Is this because of alligators?

All pools have them now. New law in FL. They are open and will let you swim at night as long a you are quiet.
