| These two HM's are on a Mayan Art piece near the main pool.If you look above the Bus Stop's Covered Area, you will see a Bus, that say's Bus Stop. "Inside" the bus, there are silhouette's of people, and Mickey! My DW and I noticed that there are lots of Hidden Mickeys throughout the paths around Coronado Springs. They are made of three stones put together. In the Pepper Market, the iron bars form the three circle shape. There is one in the gate as you exit the Pepper market. If you look up at the top you'll see the ears and head. This is the best Hidden Mickey we were shown on our whole visit. In the Maya Grill, ask one of the cast members to show you - you won't see it yourself! On the floor, roughly beginning at the pool in the Moon Room, there is a pattern in small, dark tiles that form the big circle that makes up Mickey's head. From the pool, look across the restaurant towards the tall pillar with 'fire' on it. You will see there are two large round tables that form the ears.At the Dig Site (main pool) there is one on the bridge. In the Dig Site, there is a playground around the back of the temple. There is a huge Mayan head in a sand box. Behind the head are two very large potted plants, in large round pots. If viewed from above, I bet there would be a hidden Mickey using the huge round head with the two pots as ears. And since the placement of the two plants in the playground area is so odd, it's hard to believe it wasn't deliberate. At the Dig Site (main pool), look to the top of the Pyramid count 4 rows down 2nd block from left there is a hidden Mickey in white. On the sidewalk to the Marina there is a hidden Mickey. From the marina if you walk toward Casita 1 about 4 or 5 sidewalk squares down is a hidden Mickey. On the Room Service menu On the wooden doors in EL CentroThe newly renovated rooms have manyIn the check-in area on the far wall is a picture of sunflowers. There is one large sunflower and two small sunflowers that form the familiar 3 circle icon.If you look at the crest on the wall inside the check-in area, look at the cross on the right hand side inside the crest. Go to the left of the cross and look at the second fleur-de-lis down. If you find more, let me know!! | |

| Coronado Springs Resort. A section of the walkway in front of Ranchos Building 6A is made of circular flat gray rocks. Some of these rocks form classic Mickeys, such as the image on the right side near the far end of the rock section as you walk toward the Ranchos buildings. | Hidden Mickeys
A medallion on the left, lg, open wooden door at the front entrance to the main lobby is a 3-dimensional relief of Mickey's face.
The lg fountain is in the shape of a Mickey.
If you look at the crest on the wall inside the check-in area, look at the cross on the right hand side inside the crest. Go to the left of the cross and look at the 2nd fleur-de-lis down. The end of the fleur-de-lis is in the shape of Mickey ears.
In the Check-In Area on the far wall is a picture of Sunflowers. There is 1lg sunflower & 2 sm sunflowers that form a HM.
In the lobby outside the Veracruz Exhibit Hall in the convention center, there are chandeliers with an obvious Mickey pattern. There are also square lights flush with the ceiling that have the same pattern.
Mickey Mouse (side profile) is sitting in a bus on some of the bus stop signs (such as at Bus Stop #4 between the Cabanas & Ranchos sections) located around the periphery of the resort.
There's a wooden bridge pathway through some trees. It's between the main pool & the Ranchero section. Not quite in the middle of the bridge there's a group of 3 trees coming up through the bridge. The wooden rings surrounding these trees form a hidden Mickey.
Check out the design over the "bar" ...
When you retrieve a towel at the pool, look on the cart!
In the Pepper Market, the iron bars form the 3 circle shape.
After you eat at the buffet, look at the top of the bar.
There's 1 in the gate as you exit the Pepper market. If you look at the top you'll see a HM.
There are lots of HMs throughout the paths. They're made of 3 stones put together.
In the lobby, when you walk through to the back, there's a children's area. Right in front of it, there are 2 stone-looking statues. The 1 on the left that looks like a bird, on the front, there is a circle (I think it's a sun) that has a HM.
In the Maya Grill - On the floor, beginning at the pool in the Moon Room, there's a pattern in small, dark tiles that form the big circle that makes up Mickey's head. From the pool, look across the restaurant towards the tall pillar with 'fire' on it. You'll see there are 2 lg round tables that form the ears.
At the Dig Site swimming pool's main entrance (closest to the lake), a HM hides on a wall to your left as you enter. It's at the upper left of the wall facing the pool. 2 - you'll find a whitish and somewhat distorted HM near the very top of the Mayan pyramid, on the side facing the pool. It's on the 2nd stone block from the left & 4th row from the top.
2 more can be found at the main entrance to the Mayan water slide/pool area. As you're about to enter the area look high on the wall. In red you'll find a Mickey mixed with the Mayan symbols. As you enter the pool area - look back & up high on the wall again for your 2nd one.
Mayan Calendar on wall beside pool bar has a HM on lower right quadrant.
On the sidewalk to the Marina there's a HM. From the marina if you walk toward Casita 1 about 4 or 5 sidewalk squares down is a HM.
A HM is chipped into the cement by the lamppost nearest the Marina rental gazebo.
The in-room menu has 2 HM's on it.
Guest rooms-yellow sheets of stationery.
The bathroom mirror has 4 HMs (one on each corner).
Mickey is in a picture on the wall. look at the small cactus. | |
