PostSubject: Room location question   Fri Feb 26, 2010 11:06 am

Sorry, I know this has probably been asked a million times. I wasn't worried about room location at all until last week when I fell on the ice and have been on crutches for the past week. I'll be off crutches by the time we arrive in a week but have been told that I may still have some pain/swelling so want to be close to a bus stop. We (2A) are also going with another family (2 A, 1C (11yrs old) and want to be close to them as well.

We will be there 3/5 - 3/13. The other family will only be there 3/5 - 3/7. We are 4 adults and 1 child. They will have a car but we will not and will be dependent on WDW transportation once they depart. We are not swimmers so being close to a pool isn't an issue for us.

Where would be the best location to request in your opinion? Also, how do I request close to the other party? I saw the sample fax but didn't see how far ahead to send it.

I appreciate any and all help you can give me! Thanks for your great site!

welcome #2 to the CSR Forums!!

Check out the link below for info on room locations.

If swimming is not a priority for you, cabana 9b or casita 1 would be close to the main building. If you don't care about anything but being close to a bus stop, cabana 8a, casita 4 or rancho 6a would work.

The fax should be sent 4 days prior to arrival. The info on what building you would like and being close to your friends.

You should also add these items to your reservation today by calling WDW directly if you booked the rooms or your travel agent.
