Hi My ds 15 is a very picky eater, i noticed on the menu that they have chicken strips for kids do they have an adult portion? How about tacos? can he order them with meat and cheese only? I just want to make sure they have something for him.also can you use the dining plan at siestas? I noticed they have a chicken finger combo

Yes, the DDP can be used at Siestas. We visited CSR with my nephew who is MR PICKY EATER. He only eats like bread and cheese and he didn't have any problem finding things to eat there. Mac and cheese, I believe the tacos are created with what you want so its possible to get just meat and cheese.

Hello - I'm an extremely picky eater as well (trying to change but it's not easy) and there are tons of things I'll eat at Pepper Market (if the price is right, thankfully doing the dining plan this time so it's already paid for lol) he'll do just fine.

Yeah, you and me both!!
By the way, the Chicken Fingers combo at Siestas is awesome, and those are some pretty big chickens that gave up those fingers! They are HUGE!!!

Just wanted to share an experience here..My son is also extremely picky-chix strips being his main food group! A long time ago, I posted a question about dining in Disney with this being an issue on another site and you wouldn't believe the response I got..I was literally attacked by several people about my son's diet, then eventually the moderator of the site and then the administrator really gave it to me and told me basically that I was a bad mom and shouldn't even consider going to Disney whatsoever, I should take care of my son..This is no joke! I was beyond upset, never been spoken to like this before..I had also posted a while back on this wonderful site sort of the same question and everyone went above and beyond in being helpful with places to eat for him..I was never going to share this, but wanted to now and to say thanks for everyone being so kind on here!

Wow. I keep trying to think of something else, but all I can come up with is wow. And something about glass houses. Anyway, the chicken strips at Siesta's Pool Bar should work for the pickiest of eaters, they are yum, yum, yummy!

I can't believe they harassed you because your son is a picky eater. That's terrible!

When I was first hooked on Disney, I visited quite a few of sites out there before finding my main site and then this one. Some of them can be really rough. Sorry you had to be on the receiving end.

I had never been on any sites like these until planning this trip-I called my good friend (well almost crying) and told her about it and she was like oh no, some of those people on those sites are so mean, they just can't seem to wait to "attack" people...Wow, I am 44 yrs old and have never experienced this..Buzz I will definitely be sticking to this site for sure..Thanks everyone...

Yeah, I couldn't believe some of the stuff on "those" sites, either. My son saw your Avatar avatar, and was quite impressed, he feels you are MUCH cooler than his mother.....he is almost as excited about that movie as I am about eating at Cinderella's Castle!

AJsmommy, I am very siked that your son thinks my avatar is cool!! Tell him I would LOVE to take credit for that-but the truth be known, my son and daughter are HUGE Avatar fans-that being the show Avatar not the James Cameron movie..Their Avatar movie will be called Last Airbender in July...I got quite a kick out of your post! They put it up for me...Ok I had to admit it..LOL

Sorry, I was explaining Last Airbender and you guys already know about it...My bad!! My son wants to paint an arrow on his head (don't know what he'll do about his hair!) and look like Aang when we go and see the movie..Looks like our sons have a lot in common!
