| (Warning: Rant!)  Leaving in 4 days for CSR & STILL cannot do the resort online check-in. This is our first on-site Disney stay and want to make our arrival as easy as possible. Faxed in room request already and request is noted on reservation. Have tried (for 6 days) both the main Disney (disneyworld.disney.go.com) online check-in & the Disney Destinations Walt Disney World Travel Co. link that was emailed! When I call WDW (407-939-7777 & 407-939-7675) to report the problem they say that they are not aware of any problems. Have tried 4 diff. computers at 3 different areas at all hours day & night. Only brings up itinerary and says "Sorry, online check-in is unavailable. Please try again later" P.S. I also reported that on my reservation my arrival/departure times were inverted (am/pm) Have us arriving at 9:00am (supposed to be pm) & checking out in middle of night instead of afternoon. We are using ME and were told that as long as the flight numbers are correct that they know correct pick-up time. Maybe this is why cannot check-in online? So afraid will have a bad room location because will arrive after 9pm. Should I just give up? I am a control freak & over-compulsive, so this is getting on my last nerves. So excited about the trip! | Try doing it by copying and pasting the link into a new browser window. It didn't work the way I did above.

Nope still nothing! Thanks SO much for your help! You are the best! Apparently I am destined to check-in upon arrival for some reason.  |

Came up still gave online check-in not available message. Used IE8 & tried Mozilla Firefox 3.6.8 and still same. |

Did this happen before or after you input your info? It comes up for me put I don't have any info to input. |

| Disabled all Kaspersky protection and now get itinerary details from YOUR link but no mention of online check-in (same thing I get from WDW Travel Co email check-in link I received) Really I believe it's a lost cause. Thanks for your help & have a great weekend. |
