10% gratuity at the Pepper Market

At the Pepper Market, the 10% gratuity is automatically added to your bill if you pay cash, charge or credit. If you’re on a Dining Plan, you have to leave cash on the table. Please remember remember your server. At check out, the CM can't add a gratuity to the bill when you are not paying for anything in cash, charge or credit.

The sign below is what I found when I entered the PM on my December 2009 trip. See the last line.

Here is a photo of the new Pepper Market ticket that states that the gratuity is no longer included in the DDP.

No, just make sure to ask for a "TO GO" ticket from the host/hostess. That is how the cashier knows not to charge you the gratuity.
