Disney's Coronado Springs Resort Meeting Space Details

Coronado Ballroom
One of the largest hotel ballrooms in the southeastern United States, it can easily accommodate over 6,000 attendees for events, meetings, conventions and exhibits. With the ability to divide into 18 different sections, this flexible space can easily address the needs of a variety of simultaneous functions.

Fiesta Ballroom
The Fiesta Ballroom features 21,160 square feet of flexible meeting space that can break down into ten sections or be used for exhibitions. This ballroom is accompanied by an 8,450 square foot foyer for pre-function events, and is conveniently located adjacent to the Veracruz exhibit hall.

Veracruz Exhibit Hall
Designed based on input from Trade Show professionals, this space combines ideal traffic flow, convenient set up, and the latest technology to maximize returns for exhibitors and attendees alike.

Yucatan
Located near the South Registration Desk, the Yucatan divides into three sections each with its own drop down screen. With the Veracruz Exhibit Hall located just around the corner, this room can also double as a meeting planner's office suite.

Acapulco, Baja and Cancun
These rooms provide a lively atmosphere with natural light and direct access to the Ventanas West Patio. Located next to the Coronado Ballroom, each room has a drop down screen to help enhance presentations.

Durango
Located near the North Registration Desk, this room is perfect for a small meeting of 300 or less, and provides direct access to the Ventanas East Patio. Durango also has the flexibility to divide into two sections, each with its own drop down screen.

El Paso, Laredo and Sierra
Conveniently located behind each of our registration desks, these rooms provide great space for meeting planner offices. They can also be divided into two sections, providing opportunities for executive or smaller meetings.

Monterrey
The Monterrey offers 3,200 square feet with the ability to divide into three sections, each featuring its own drop down screen. With direct access to the La Mesa Patio, it makes an ideal location for indoor/outdoor functions.
